WhereToGo

Overview

What it is WhereToGo is a free Android app that shows you the popular and crowded places near you right now. Every place has a live count of how many people are there, their photos and comments, and a chat with the people actually on the spot. You post the places you love with a photo and a real pin, and follow people whose taste you trust so their favourite spots show up on your map. No ads, no advertising ID, no location history. Who it is for People deciding where to go tonight: anyone who wants to know which bars, cafés and spots are actually busy before leaving the house. Newcomers and travellers who want to find where locals really go instead of reading review sites. And people who like sharing their city, since posting a place with a photo is how the map gets built.
